4 days and counting to Take-off!

I think we have it under control but in 3 days the RV will be parked in the driveway for loading and I am sure we'll be scrambling... and not eggs. We're excited and a bit nervous. I packed a supply of SKgourmet spices and herbes as well as salt, pepper and some other essential seasonings condiment(garlic poweder, onion powder, red papper flakes, basil, cayenne pepper, red pepper sauce, etc)

We are getting the cooking tools together tomorrow. I will try to incorporate some of Steven Raichlens Best of Barbecue line of tools/gadgets as I think they will serve me well while I prepare my "Cruisin' Cuisine".
